A feasibility study is analysis of a proposed project to determine it feasible and should be given the go ahead. There are a number of studies that HTG can assist with including but not limited too.
- Economic – a cost-benefit analysis.
- Technical – assessment of potential risks & their solutions.
- Operational – identifying performance areas of a business to help improve overall day to day operations.
- Schedule – a measure of how reasonable a project duration is.
