Hendrickson Transportation Group is seeking a General Manager who will be a dynamic, hands-on senior professional to provide overall leadership and direction for our Paratransit Services and Small Bus Operations contract with the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA). The General Manager will serve as the Company's authorized representative to CCRTA, ensuring all contractual, safety, and performance requirements are achieved, and will oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational and financial reporting. The General Manager must be able to effectively manage budgets, staff, union relations, and the CCRTA relationship to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant service delivery.
